TEAM ENGAGEMENT SERVICES
During our initial consult, whether by phone or in person, you provide the relevant history, team strengths, current challenges, and desired outcomes. Using your insights, I prepare and provide a customized Team Engagement Proposal, which includes goals, strategy, events, and timeline.
Individual & team assessments
We work together to select assessments that will provide deeper insight into team dynamics and current challenges. You select which team members are sent links to take assessment(s) online. Tools evaluate characteristics such as individual and team conflict; communication styles; leadership strengths; growth edges; developmental capacity; and personality profiles. Commonly applied tools: Five Dysfunctions of a Team, MBTI, Hogan, CliftonStrengths.
On-Site Team Building
The scope and length of my engagement with your team, as outlined in your initial Team Engagement Proposal, might include: • One day of on-site team events, workshops, and skill-building sessions • A series of on-site visits for ongoing coaching • Two-day off-site events to dive deeper into team dynamics and leadership development • Ongoing follow-up meetings (in-person or by video) with you and/or your team
Follow-up coaching for individuals or teams can be arranged via an addendum to your initial Team Engagement Proposal. Coaching is delivered via on-site visits, video calls, or phone conversations.
